What we collect

When you start a checkout we collect your first name, last name and email address. When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details — we never receive or store your card number. We also record standard technical data: IP address, browser user agent, the page you arrived on and any advertising click identifiers.

Why we collect it

• To deliver your download and send your confirmation email.
• To resend your files if the download fails.
• To send abandoned-cart reminder emails if you start a checkout and do not finish it. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and they stop immediately if you purchase.
• To measure advertising performance. We share hashed identifiers (your email, name, IP and user agent, hashed with SHA-256) with Meta's Conversions API so ad campaigns can be measured. Meta receives the hashes, not the plain values.

Processors we use

Stripe (payments), Lovable Cloud (database, file storage and email delivery), and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

The Meta Pixel sets cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrive from an ad) used to attribute conversions. You can block them in your browser settings; the site and your download will still work.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet accounting obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time using the Support button on any page. Deleting your data removes our ability to resend your download.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
